How to ask for a custom flag

We can make any flag you need from a minimum quantity of 20 units.
Obviously, the required quantity will determine the final optimum price.
The " ideal " minimum quantity to make a custom flag is from 30 units. 
This is the minimum  number of flags were price becomes optimized in front 
of required quantity of flags / banners.
